We can usually help you with late or re-orders although that may not be at the original price as single reprints can be costly. We are very happy to discuss options and will do our very best to help.

Delivery on bulk orders is free (subject to minimum quantities). This also applies to online shops when all products are delivered into school for distribution. We can also offer a ‘post to home’ facility for online shops at a small extra charge.

This is not an option that we offer for various reasons. On discussion with our hoodie customers we have actually found that they prefer hoodies from the same order to be of the same style to give a more cohesive feel. You can offer any colours from our colour range if students want to be a little more individual! Keeping orders to one range also allows us to offer you the very best bulk order prices.

You most certainly can! Just bear in mind if you choose a few colour options and have a coloured school logo whether that will show up well on all your colour choices. Back print on hoodies is white. 

For yearbooks we have a six week editing, proofing and printing process. 

For hoodies we have a fifteen working days turnaround time from confirmation of final orders and approval of artwork to delivery into school. This can sometimes extend in the busiest months of May and June so always best to get in early!

We can sometimes do things a little more quickly, depending on how busy we are, so if you are in a hurry please do get in touch and we will do our very best to help!

Yes! Our paperback yearbook designs offer you the opportunity to add as many photos as you like on the 'great things we've done' photo montage pages (depending on the number of pages in your yearbook). For hardback yearbooks the online yearbook builder is super flexible so you can make a book as unique as your school! All we ask please is that photos are a minimum of 200kbs so we can ensure they print well in the finished product.

We do recognise that school life is very busy. That is why we have developed our NEW photo only paperback yearbooks – guaranteed no hassle for you! These include a generic ‘good luck to our leavers’ page, class and pupil photo pages plus memory and message pages for pupils to complete. All we need is your school logo and class list, with class names, in the order that you wish pupils to be included in the yearbook. We will then build your book and send to you for proofing.

We ask for all content to be sent over using a simple and secure file transfer system. We will also use the individual and/or class group photos from your most recent Kittle photoshoot which we can access from our system. We provide lots of guidance and are more than happy to talk you through the process or answer questions at any point.

You build your yearbook online using our specially designed easy to follow software giving you ultimate flexibility! The software has been updated and improved for 2024 allowing you virtually unlimited scope to create a book unique to your school. We can supply your individual and/or year group photos from your most recent Kittle photoshoot for you to add to your yearbook. We have a dedicated support team who are happy to talk you through the process or answer questions at any point.

As all our leavers products are unique and fully personalised we do not offer a returns policy as standard. However, if there is a problem with your order please do get in touch and we will do our best to help
